Shelley in the Duncan location is fantastic! Second to none! I have done three loans with her, she is on point, exceptionally knowledgeable and is always quick to return a phone call or email - you will not get that level of customer service from a bank! If you need financial assistance - give her a call - you won’t be disappointed!

SHELEY WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! I was able to get my loan even though I don't have BC ID or direct deposit pay from my work. Thanks Sheley - was a real treat to have a great customer service experience....rare find these days 🤩🤩 **15 minutes loan was deposited into my account

This company and particular location has gone cashless which is absolutely horrible. You now have to wait up to an hour for an etransfer to arrive in your account after taking out a loan with them. Also if you have to pay back a loan you must pay back using a debit card which is an annoyance as I have had to go to the bank to deposit the money as they will not accept cash whatsoever. I have been a very loyal customer for many years and have decided to take my business to Money Mart now. They still fund loans in cash form and accept payments in cash as well. ZERO stars terrible idea whoever thought it would be of great convenience to go cashless

Lady working on Oct 5 2023 Duncan BC, poor customer service, temperamental, hates her job, doesn't feel comfortable when customers ask questions. After 15 mins she could not finish the transaction, waste of time. Not sure this person should work in customer service. Bad for business. Go to Moneymart.

I went for the first time to do Western Union. Made me wait 30 min and It was a horrible experience. The staff was not friendly at all. Started asking me unnecessary personal questions about my employment and how much I make. I would not recommend this place at all. It was a huge mistake going there. Ruined my day.
