Highly disappointed in a store I've been spending $600/y at. I go in there often for this one specific silk (Priced $58/y) and one time I go in and it's all of a sudden $155/y.
I explained I NEVER pay that much but was told they must have changed the price. I paid it (having a sold order that uses this silk) but then the time after that I see TWO bolts of this silk, one is $58, and the other is $155.

I explain the silks are the same and stunned as to why the cheaper bolt was hidden that day.
They tried to tell me they are not the same fabric. I went in, and 100% are the same silk despite being told my management it isn't. . ---IF there was a difference I didn't feel it or touch it. Again I'm told I'm wrong. I don't understand wanting to stay proud over losing a paying customer who goes in a lot. Even the highest price embroidered silks downtown on Queen West are priced at $125/y. Don't get tricked by this store. I will stop shopping here, there are other places to go.

Disappointed and not worth the drive.

Warehouse setup and sure it has a lot of merchandise but their prices are not bargain prices.

Handicraft paraphernalia upon entry: leather cords for jewelry sold by the metre.

Several aisles of yarn near the entrance and not impressed by their prices.

I was looking forward to losing myself wandering in their warehouse finding lots to buy, but the ambiance and dingy setup were not attractive or conducive to eager shoppers wanting to buy. I just found myself kept saying I want to leave this place.

No second visit for sure.

I LOVE Len's Mill! So many fabrics, buttons, ribbon, etc...to choose from. Honestly, I refer to it as the Costco of fabrics!!!

I was at Len's Mill yesterday and it was my first time there in over 5 years as I live in Ottawa. I always leave the store with plenty of fabric. I made skirts from fabric I bought in 2015 and 2016 and people always say how much they love my skirt.

I asked a few staff members where I could find specific fabric and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel was the man who cut my fabric and Paige was the cashier. I couldn't help but notice they both had smiles on their faces and were so pleasant to deal with. The staff at my local Fabricland all wear a sour expression and are not pleasant to deal with.

I plan on making regular trips back to Len's Mill next year. I forgot how much I missed Len's Mill!

I absolutely love this huge store. So much variety of good fabric and they have coupons too if you join their email. This is way better than Fabricland store. Great customer service too and friendly. I make my skirts from this store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sometimes I just come here to say hi to them too. 😊 ❀❀❀❀❀

Wow!!! This is heaven to someone who loves sawing, knitting or any crafts.
Unbelievable how many different types of yarns, threads, quality fabrics, buttons, zippers and othe goodies can you find here.
The place is quite spacious, very neatly kept.
Customer service representatives are attentive, their help is quick and efficient.
Expect a typical warehouse setting, not a fancy place! But exactly this is the reason prices are so great!
Recommend to anyone, who is looking for quality fabrics!

I am giving a three because the choice for knitting wools was not great. I have shopped at Len's wool for over twenty plus years. The staff were always surly and seemed like they could not wait for you to leave, BUT, on this visit the staff were welcoming, willing to help and very kind and patient. That was a very nice surprise from all my previous visits. The customer service I give them a 6 out of 5. Well done, but the stock was quite empty. So choice was just not there. All in all, I had to settle for a knitting wool which was not my first choice. The one I wanted was discontinued so I could not get enough wool to ensure I could make the blanket. Otherwise I would have given them a five out of five.

This is the Toronto place to go for bargain craft supplies, fabrics, wools and notions.

Craft stuff: A much narrower and more erratic range than Michael's, but it is sometimes cheaper. Staff may not know exactly what they have, so look around yourself.

Fabric and yarn: This section is *much* larger and very varied (they bought out Designer Fabrics' stock when it closed years ago, and have since maintained a good range). If you visit both it and the (usually) more expensive Fabricland - across the street and 2 blocks away - you've got a lot of choice.

Lots of fabrics, knitting and crafting options. I would say that the store's layout is somewhat an organized mess. There's just tons of stuff, so an excellent place to visit if you're looking for fabrics and yarn. There's some crafting options to see but it's not a whole lot compared to other crafting stores.
