For some reason they put the signs advertising 50 percent off shirts above the pants. It wouldn't be a problem if it was little more clear that it was specifically for shirts. Also would be really cool if you took the security tags off before I leave the store.

The customer service Jeff is the worst. He is so RUDE. I was a walked in customer try to find the size I want, a customer service girl try to help me, she took my Jean and try to scan and check from the system. I was standing there to wait, the customer service guy Jeff suddenly ask that girl help another customer without asking. They are working on something about ten mins. I don’t want to wait anymore, I said” hello I don’t need help anymore may I have my jeans back”. Jeff start yelling at me: WE ARE HELPING CUSTOMER NOW! YOU HAVE TO WAIT! Jeff never ask and that girl was helping me first but he took her to help his client. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Will never go to this store.

The staff applied the wrong discount caused over charge. I spent 45 minutes on round trip for it. The store only refund the over charge, refuse to follow Canada Scanner Price Accuracy Code to give me $10.00 off to cover my cost just for their mistake. He told keep the receipt to ask government , he don't do it. I only can choose refund or return. Another young male cashier said I waste time when I try to explain it not fair for me spent so much time just for their mistake. I do love the Levis , it's half of all my jeans , but I really disappointed for their service this time. They can deny the $10 off , but don't need such rude.

Couldn’t use the fitting rooms because they apparently « close them 1 hour before closing as per their policy » (from the manager). He said I can « go » change at some other location if it’s not fitting, really ? Gave 2 bills of 100 and had to wait a while before getting my change because he needed 3 times to calculate 200-135,60$, and was questioning me why he owed me when he couldn’t do the maths properly. No sorry, no bye.
Bad customer service, bad management. Levi’s is no more how it used to be…

When I entered the store there was advertisement in every feet of the store : 50% on the second item.
I chose two pairs of 511 Levi's.
When I came to pay the girl at the checkout said that there is no discount on washed jeans though the advertisement on the shelf of this jeans!
Only after 15 minutes after calling the manager and very unpleasant situation for me I got the discount as advertised.
I don't recommend to buy in store where they change the bill at the checkout.

This young employee couldn’t even get me a size i was looking for and told me to grab myself. Later same girl gave me the jeans and bag separately. Wth ! Just put the jeans in the bag! Who’s hiring these lazy kids!
