We bought $230 worth of the Mozart Milk Chocolates and were denied a FREE box of the CHEAPER chocolates.

Since we were buying such a large quantity of chocolate to take back to the US as gifts we asked for one of the big boxes. We were told those were “seasonal” boxes and intended for the regular, round Lindt chocolates. We had already started to pack the box and were informed by the clerk that we weren’t allowed to use the box. We were forced to empty the box and use two of the plastic bags instead.

When we were at the cash, we asked again if we could purchase the seasonal box to protect our purchase during travel and was informed by the same clerk that we couldn’t even PURCHASE the FREE box available to customers who bought the CHEAPER, round chocolates. The clerk neglected to ask if we had a Loyalty membership - we had to mention this ourselves.

Even after all of this: considering the amount money spent in the store and the fact that we were returning customers with a membership, the clerk still refused to give us a box. This is truly inflexible customer service and doesn’t deliver the value and client treatment expected by the Lindt brand. We will be seeking alternatives to Lindt and will be sharing this experience with our friends and family.

Visited Lindt Chocolate shop located inside the Oshawa Centre. We bought variety pack of 150 wrapped chocolates of various flavours as my kids love a lot. Also bought some Swiss classic bars from this store. Staff are courteous and wrapped the Swiss bar with a ribbon as I need to give as a gift to someone. Less crowded when we went which was good for us. They also have assorted custom chocolate gifts as well placed on the shelf. Definitely worth visited this store.

I saw these beautiful eid mubarak gifts at the Lindt shop in oshawa center, the staff is always very helpful and polite. It's always a treat to visit this location.

I am highly disappointed by the quality of the Lindt chocolate bars that I got at the store. I got 1 dark chocolate hazelnut (the hazelnut tasted stale) and 1 milk chocolate(the chocolate tasted stale). Both of them were such a big disappointment.
I will make sure never to visit this store.

This Lindt outlet is just a chocolate lover's paradise. The staff are professional and willing to help. The selection is just amazing, every Lindy product out there is in one store. They also have deals so might end up paying less than usual price. They also have a good selection of packages, from individual size to large. Overall a pleasant experience. Four stars for friendliness and helpfulness.

Terrible service. I bought 4 chocolate spreads and chocolates for small Valentine's gifts for friends. When I ask for 4 bags for it, they tried to charge me extras for 3 extra bags. Funny thing is my wife on the same day got extra bags for free.
