A very warm welcome from the two associates working today on mother's day and was greeted with a chocolate as well. I notified them I was looking for a set box and preferably dark chocolate options. Promptly the sales showed me multiple variants as well as on sale promotional chocolates. I ended up purchasing exactly what I needed for the occasion and it was a pleasant surprise to me the great customer service offered.

The deals on chocolates were attractive. As I was planning for a trip with my friend, we each got 150 chocolates for 65$. In total, we got around 325$ of chocolates.

I asked for a bag instead of a box for which they said it would be 2$ extra just for 1 bag. There is nothing wrong with it, but what I got offended was that they gave free bags to other customers ahead of me for free. I even conformed with them. When I informed the manager about this, instead of an apology, she insulted me by saying, "You are lucky that we are not yet charging for the box. Later, you will also be charged for the box. " That was it.

Worst customer service. I am never going to buy from here again.

I'm a huge Lindt lover, but today was a huge letdown due to the poor customer service. The people handing out samples were incredibly rude - his tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I brought a friend to try the samples, and she, not knowing the protocol, attempted to take one from the box (as she saw others doing). The sample guy rudely shouted at her, which was humiliating and uncalled for. I regret bringing her to the store. They should train their staff to treat customers with respect and to communicate their "rules" politely and discreetly.

An amazing young woman named Tyffany helped me out at the cash register today. She was honestly the nicest person ever. After explaining to her why I was buying the chocolates, she decided to throw in a couple samples and even add a cute little gift bag for the chocolates. I was so happy and had a smile on my face for the rest of the day! Keep up the good work!!!

This specific outlet has always been the sweetest, the vibe and the smiles on the employees are very welcoming I wish all the other lidnt outlets can give the same type of experience. Kudos ? keep up the good work and keep spreading smiles ?

What is better than a Lindt? A Lindt at 35% less!

Lindt & Sprungli is running 35% off on the entire store which makes your visit to Vaughn Mills Outlet Mall all the better! If you are spoiled about the choices then you will be lost in La La Lindt Land thanks to their brands- Lindor, Excellence, Swiss Luxury Selection, Swiss Classic, Creation on display. I couldn't find Gold Bunny anywhere (perhaps it insleeping near a Vaughn Mills tree maybe :p).

I purchased Chili ($0.59 off), Les Grandes Almonds ($2.10 off), Excellence Dark Noir 70% Cacao ($0.59 off), Les Grandes Hazelnuts ($2.10 off), Creation Lava Cake ($1.80 off), Excellence 90% Cacao ($1.80 off) and Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Hot Milk Powder ($2.34 off). The billing attendant on seeing Excellence 90% Cacao suggested that I should try before I really purchase it- it was a kind gesture as it tasted really really bitter. Like bitter than your bitter ex.

It is a must visit if you are a chocolate fan as the chocolate gods will certainly be in your favour!
