The team was professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly. The job was done way before the expected finish time.

What impressed me the most was how smoothly they handled the entire insurance process. They took care of all the insurance process, making the whole experience completely hassle-free for me. Dino, Manny and the entire staff is very helpful. Their customer service was top-notch, keeping me updated throughout the repair process.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Line-x had my car for almost 7 weeks to fix front and back bumper damage. Communication with myself and the insurance company was horrible. Would take weeks to get answers. Didn’t even fix everything that was discussed in the quote. Excuse after excuse. May have even incurred extra damage that wasn’t there before Zero accountability. Horrible service and worse experience ever. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My truck (Chevy Colorado 2010) was starting to suffer from some surface rust, and I wanted to get the problem resolved before it got worse. After getting some rather high quotes from other body shops, I stumbled upon Linex. Not only were they less expensive, but the work was more detailed and the product used was so much better. The knowledge of the owner stands out as well. He explains everything that is involved in the process, and will go out of his way to accommodate you.
I could not have found a better place to bring my pickup.
I recommend Linex for anyone looking to get great work done at a great value.

This company repaired my hatch which turned out to be a horrible job. Paint chipped right away and when the company was contacted for warranty follow up I got the run around saying the damage was not from their work.

Terrible Service, Had an appointment for 8:00 Am. I was told by the customer service woman to be there for 8:00 Am and I would have the truck back by noon. Arrived and received very poor service.The owner was chatting with me about the truck. He got up and left and left me standing there for about 40 minutes . He came back and said I would have to leave the truck there and when I told him I needed a ride home He said We don't go to South Pircupine. I told him that the woman I dealt with on the phone said no problem getting a ride home. He then told me that she was young and not to knowledgeable. I said you left me standing here for 40 minutes and then . Do you treat all your customers this way. I will find another service centre and his reply was Whatever and proceeded in walking away again so I left. I would advise people to take caution and ask questions before going to this place if business. Upset Customer 😡

Had some rust issues starting with my wheelchair accessible pickup truck after 2 winters. Went to Linex Timmins and Dino explained the current issues and how to fix them permanently. The team did a fantastic job removing the rust and coating the areas with Linex. Plus added drain holes for water to drain while also adding holes for rust proofing to get to the area from the inside. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and guarantee the work.

Don't wast ur money on anything here his rust proofing is beyond a big wast of money and customer service is a big wast of time. You can tell him 5 times and its still a big mystery to what the problem is. Krown is your best bet. I have never seen rust like I do now. All because they washed all the krown that was on there off idiots

Excellent undercoating product for rust proofing.. does not drip afterwards unlike Krown. It has kept my 16 year old vehicle looking like new!
