It can be a bit dizzying, and there's a long line to get in (thankfully the first step is in a tent). Parking can be difficult if you arrive late.

Lots of good deals in the fragrance section. But I would advise that you know what you want (or want to try) before hand. The strips to test are not readily available. Staff is also a hit and miss. Some are helpful, others disappear.

We ended up buying several fragrances, $20 bedsheets, some purses, and some other products.

I have been a regular visitor to a particular warehouse sale for a few years now, and today, I feel compelled to share my honest thoughts on the experience. I must admit that there were a few aspects of the sale that left me disappointed and frustrated, and I hope that my feedback can help improve the shopping experience for future visitors.

Firstly, I want to touch on the security personnel stationed outside the entrance and within the warehouse. I found them impolite, which was unacceptable in a customer-facing role. They lacked customer service skills and required a lot of training to interact with visitors more professionally and politely.

Moving on to the warehouse itself, I found the environment to be quite claustrophobic, with poor ventilation. This made it challenging to move around and browse the products comfortably. Additionally, the staff behind the counter, specifically in the fragrance section, were unhelpful and disrespectful. The men's fragrance section staff were conversing amongst themselves in their native language, which made it difficult for customers to communicate with them. When a question was asked, the response was often frustrated and unhelpful. The staff required customer service training to improve customer engagement and make the shopping experience more pleasant for visitors.

While most of the products were of satisfactory quality, I would advise visitors to scrutinize the items before making a purchase, especially when checking the expiration dates. The administration needs to be mindful of customer feedback and improve the overall shopping experience to ensure that visitors continue to visit the establishment.

I’m giving this rating because when I opened the product it was all crumbled in pieces I’m very disappointed as I really liked the shade of my blush. It was all well packed but I didn’t bother to check the product there as it was sealed. To all those people, please open your product before purchasing. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I would like to get a refund since the product is useless.

Despite the crowds. It’s very organized. Security is there to maintain order. I have gone here many times and they have everything and more. I get perfume, makeup, and skin care products. I love it here and the prices are unreal. They gave totes to carry around to load your items in. It’s a big warehouse but trust me you will not regret going. They have almost every fragrance you can imagine.

Place is very crowded but it’s best to get this amazing perfume on this deal. Prices are too low compared to other perfume store. Quality of product is good as well . They have so many cosmetics items at cheaper prices.

Buyers beware! Two of the bottles I purchased were leaking. No one ever answers the phone number listed on the website, and it’s definitely not worth driving all the way back from Brampton as my concerns will likely be treated as unimportant. Open up your products in the parking lot before you take off or better yet take your hard earned money elsewhere.
