Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found this incredible home medical equipment company! I was in a bit of a panic situation, desperately needing a piece of medical equipment that would make a huge difference in my daily life, and the manager (Jeff) went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. I was given 3 choices on where to go for a CPAP machine. I liked the name "Living Well" so chose this as the place to go. Well I am extremely happy I did. Jeff was absolutely amazing. He saw I was in great pain with my knee and before even starting my actual CPAP info and selection process he gave me a knee brace to use during my appointment. It helped me so much and I was able to focus on the task at hand which was the selection of a mask and directions on how to use my new machine. Jeff was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He took the time to explain each mask as I tried various ones he thought may work for me. He set the machine up, showed me how to use it, clean it etc. I was made to feel very welcomed as a customer and I was so impressed with my entire appointment I went back the next week and purchased the knee brace he so kindly lent me during my appointment, and in fact I purchased 2. If a kind friendly welcoming experience is what you're looking for when shopping for your medical equipment then this is the place to go. Shop here and you will be Living Well!!!

I needed new accessories to my CPAP and received thorough advice on what might work well for my specific needs. I am happy with the results and will coming here from now on. There is clearly emphasis on care and individual service. The big chains simply sell you what you had last without looking if there could be better equipment for your health. A very smooth and efficient process from start to finish!
The quote was substantially lower than the competition. Excellent, honest answers to our questions. Measuring and photos of the staircase proved to make the stair lift as smooth as possible. Installation was clean and efficient. Definitely lots of experience. I would highly recommend this company and the people who work there.

I had a home visit from my occupational therapist and Chuck from living well. If you need any medical equipment I highly recommend that you call living well. Chuck was courteous respectful and just the kindest person when it came to discussing my medical needs. He is very knowledgeable and made the while experience comfortable.
