I really want to like this store and support local, but man is it hard when you have the employees hoovering over you, and trying pressure sales on a toddler. Are you guys commission sales or something. I was just trying to buy two little animals for the grandkids birthday, and the employees were just there, constantly, like you guys need to back off. I always tried to buy things specifically from this store, for the toy store experience for the kiddo, but now i guess I will just get it from Amazon, for cheaper, and have it brought to my door step.

WORST EXPERIENCE SHOPPING EVER! We want you to know (my wife and I, both Senior Citizens) came down to your store from Vernon to buy a couple of puzzles on Thursday, March 27. 2025. At about 12:30 pm. We entered your store where we immediately met with one of your store employees, who we presume was your manager. A tall young lady in her mid to late 20's with dark hair, she asked us if she could help us. I replied no thank you, we just want to look. We proceeded to look at a few puzzles even though she would not leave us. When I was talking to my wife she interrupted us to say these puzzles over here were very colorful. So I replied, and said I told you we don't want your help and please leave us alone. She got mad at me about this and said you don't have to be rude. Which I replied you are the one being rude interrupting our conversation. And she replied, you were the one being rude. Which I replied I don't care what you think, you are being obnoxiously pushy which is when she replied we have to leave her store. I was furious about this because I came all the way from Vernon and I wasn't able to look at any of them and did not expect to be harassed in this manner. I do regret I let an F-bomb fly as I left the door and said I would never be back. In the past we have bought several puzzles from you folks and had planned on buying plenty more. But we are so upset about this that we don't plan on ever coming back unless this is rectified.

Good collection of toys for every age group. It's located in orchard plaza which is kinda center of Kelowna. Loved the ambience and the hospitality extended on my visit.

Great toy store. Lot of different products that you don't see else where.
Biggest plus..staff. The customer service there is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One of the better stores in the mall that is always well looked after. My kids love it.

I highly recommend it.

I have shopped in this store for years. When I went in this year I have never been treated so bad. Staff very rude. Will never shop there again.

We are so thankful for the owners who reached out to us very promptly and were so understanding and appalled at what had happened. Amazing experience with them. Very thankful for how they sought to make things right from our previous experience.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I have never been so rudely treated. Horrible customer service. Manager should be fired.

After trying to return a waboba ball (that was taken out of the box, passed in the water for maybe 5 minutes) realized it was completely defective. Cracked and Split all over. After trying to explain what happened she insisted that it was used and threatened to throw me out of the store.

I'm in shock. Awful, awful experience.

Went in with my boyfriend looking for a chess set and a few other bits and bobs, Kayla immediately greeted us and helped us with what we were looking for! Her co worker was also very helpful too! Both had wonderful customer service and made the experience very enjoyable, we will definitely come back due to such a great team !
