Just bought a jacket here that I’ve been eyeing for a few weeks. I’d been comparing it to one online that wasn’t available in store and mentioned this to Buja (the sales associate) and because the store was closing, she offered to go home and get hers to let me try it on. So she closed the store, ran home and brought it back for me to try on. I’ve never experienced incredible service like this. Needless to say, I bought the jacket. Buja’s customer service is like none other I’ve experienced. I’ll never forget this.

I am a regular visitor to Banff from the UK. I have Lole pieces that are still going strong after 10 years . What makes this Lole store stand out is the high quality of customer care . The team of women who work here are absolutely lovely . They are so helpful and they have not only helped me choose great pieces from the shop but also supporyed me making online purchases from the company which can be very challenging when you are a visitor. I really love my Lole purchases not just because it's great clothing but because Vikki and her team make it a great ,fun , memorable shopping experience . Thank-you.

Come here every time I'm in Banff. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The clothes are really good quality, and I have had a few pieces for a decade from following the care instructions. Fully recommend popping in.

I went to a body image course here and was shown how to pick clothes for my body type. Everyone here is incredibly warm and wonderful and kind. The dresses I bought, I'm completely in love with. Highly recommended.

Really bad company, purchased 2 blouses worth almost $200. After 1 wash they lost colour and shrunk a bit. Contacted my local shop where I bought them and they said they can't help me, contacted Lole directly and no reply. Would avoid this shop at all cost.
