What a great variety store. We always find something interesting. Cosmetics department is nicely laid out and service is excellent. Seasonal is delightful, well stocked and many items on sale.

Usually good experiences here. Just tried to return an item and the cashier helping me tried to scam me by not returning the full amount. When i corrected him on the price as shown in the receipt he started pointing fingers and me and behaving very rudely.

Went there today only to be followed around by the short leprechaun security guard the whole time. Just wanted to get some eyelash glue but the lady in the makeup department was “with another customer.” And I waited for as long as I was comfortable because the security guard just stood there watching me wait for eyelash glue that was already locked up. It’s been awhile since being this uncomfortable in a store. I’ll never go back.

I had a great experience with Adam in the photo department. I am from out of town and I was returning home the next day. I had printed some photos and the computer told me that they would be available the day I was leaving at 10am. I was willing to accept this however it was a little inconvenient. A little while later I received my confirmation email about the photos. There was something that confused me concerning the payment. I returned to the store and Adam answered my question perfectly. He then asked if I wanted my photos now since it was kinda slow he could print them now. I was thrilled because I needed the photos as soon as possible.

This staff member went above and beyond in my opinion. He didn't need to do this and this to me is excellent customer service. Thank you Adam you made a stressful day a little easier for me. And I appreciate that

Washrooms only for children or seniors 🤷🏻‍♂️doesn’t matter if you’re waiting for a prescription or not.

Edit: I asked a staff member that referred me to customer service which looked me up and down and said “Washrooms are for seniors and children, and frankly you don’t fit the criteria”

For context, we had just come from the hospital and LD was one of the few pharmacies open on the long weekend.
