I brought my 2017 Polaris Slingshot SL to M&M Performance when I could not get it fixed in Alberta. I made arrangements to drive down on a Thursday, be first in the shop on Friday, and off and running Saturday.
While this schedule didn’t quite work out (my machine decided it wanted to stay a little longer) I cannot say enough good things about this dealership … the staff were amazing to deal with, the shop absolutely went way over the top in trying to resolve the issues that my machine had, and were completely fair and transparent in terms of what was being done, costs, etc. At no point did I feel in I was in the dark, and the end result was my machine operating flawlessly, perhaps even better than when she was new.

The entire team, from frontline to management to shop staff, absolutely hit the mark when it comes to old school customer service and quality work. I have no hesitation in saying despite the 650km distance, this is my shop of choice for all future repairs, and will be my dealer of choice when it’s time to buy my new one

Bought my new to me sled from these guys this year. First time buying from them and I'd absolutely do it again. They catered to my every question/concern and spent multiple hours with me to get me on the right sled. Nick and Travis were awesome to deal with when purchasing my unit, and Kryslin has been excellent to talk to regarding any parts/service required, aswell as answering my many questions. Overall, this dealership is a fantastic place for all things snowmobiling and I will be back again when I choose to buy again.
