I recently had the pleasure of shopping at MacDermotts and I’m excited to give them a well-deserved 5-star rating! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that truly knows their products. Their extensive knowledge of the higher-end brands they carry made my shopping experience not only enjoyable but also informative.

The store itself is impeccably maintained. The front area is clean and inviting, and the back stock area is just as tidy. This level of cleanliness extends to the checkout area, which always feels organized and welcoming.

As for the clothing, the selection is absolutely stunning. They offer a beautiful array of fine brands, with ample variety in both styles and sizes. Each piece exudes quality, and it’s clear that the items are designed to last. While some prices may be on the higher side, you truly get what you pay for—clothes that not only look great but also retain their shape and elegance over time.

Great selection of menswear; great family business and the owner’s are wonderful.

Was visiting from Calgary and had to stop in because they had a beautiful embroidered Robert Graham shirt in the display. It ended up not being in my size - but Nick, the owner, and his mother were very knowledgeable and friendly in helping me select a few other shirts and how to style them.

Great quality menswear with a wide selection of styles; formal, casual, and some streetwear/more eclectic pieces. They also do their own in house alterations/tailoring.

Would highly recommend you come here for your menswear needs.

I don’t particularly enjoy shopping for clothing, let alone choosing styles and colours. I was in a bind for some fresh dress clothing for a wedding, so I stopped by. Madison provided top-notch customer service, she understood my needs for the event and provided friendly excellent guidance on colours and style choices. I walked out in less than an hour with a sharp, well-coordinated outfit and no stress, just an easy & friendly buying experience. Cannot recommend MacDermott’s enough. Thanks again, Madison!

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. I was asked where I was from, and then followed closely around the store as if I couldn’t be trusted. While looking at jeans, I was shadowed the entire time, and the older lady essentially told me I shouldn’t be touching anything.

The whole interaction felt profiling and made me incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I would return to ,it was one of the most unwelcoming shopping experiences I’ve had.

Tanner and James go above and beyond. I don’t enjoy shopping or purchasing clothes, but these guys make the process so much easier. Their expertise, customer service and attention to detail is top notch. I will enjoy coming back here, the service makes all the difference.

If you’re looking for a place to find the grooms outfit for a destination wedding I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Tanner was absolutely amazing the whole process extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He made me and my now husband as ease and helped our vision come to life. Will be back for any events we have coming up in the years to come. 100/10

Great customer service friendly . Wow this store talk about service , men suit tailored to fit them and as you wait at barista, makes you a beautiful cappuccino fabulous I must say.
