I ordered a chicken ranch wrap. The chicken was shredded it had cheese sauce i couldnt taste ir. Little bit of ranch and aome lettuce so sad about the wrap. The lady on the phone was very polite and the dilvery and the gentleman was nice who brought the food was fast everything was hot when i got it. Lots of fries which is nice the gravy was good as well. Just didnt like the wrap.

It seems in the last little while there food hasnt been great

I go to Mack’s Family Restaurant and they have great food big portions and filling. The employees are amazing and easy to talk to and ask questions great customer service. The delivery time exceptional and the food is always hot and fresh.

Ordered 2 xl pizza and one medium. Little expensive..

Now.. the pizza is bland. Meat is bland. Crust bland no flavor in the sauce.

Just another failure.

They could add some spices. As it felt like you were hust chewing nothing

Made an order for delivery, they brought the wrong order made us pay for it, then we asked them to correct it, they delivered the right order and when I asked for a refund(for the previously wrong order) the guy ignored me never ordering from here again.

Ok, so I'm going to be perfectly honest here. The inside of this place.. isn't great.

The service was pretty good.

But the PIZZA?!? ?

Myyyyy goodness. Jim Baiton, eat your heart out.

I got the Large Mack's Special for take out. Real big recommend.

Crisp bottom Crust! On a thick ol' Saskie special!! The sauce is every, and I mean, *every* bit as good as Tumbler's in Regina ever was, and the quality toppings, crisp crust, and even, consistent presentation makes it better by far!

Just don't let that interior scare you off! ? They really know what's up in the kitchen.

This diner is the embodiment of every restaurant pictured in the first 20 minutes of Kitchen Nightmares. Huge, random menu, dirty floors and tables, depressed servers, mistakes with my order, mismatched decor etc. That being said. It's a small town, the price is right for the food you get, and the fries are excellent. So. Probably worth rolling the dice. ?
