We recently traded in our 2024 Kona N Line — a great vehicle with no issues — but with me coaching both lacrosse and hockey, the gear was filling up the space fast. While on vacation, we happened to drive a truck, and my wife mentioned how much she liked it. I did too. That’s when we started thinking seriously about making the switch to a truck.

The challenge? We had negative equity in the Kona, and after visiting several dealerships, we kept hearing the same thing — the numbers just wouldn’t work within our budget. We were ready to give up, but decided to try one last dealership. That’s when we met Carter and Taylor — and I’m so glad we did.

To be honest, I still don’t know how they pulled it off, but we couldn’t be happier.

More importantly, they treated us like people, not just another sale. They were professional, understanding, and genuinely worked hard to make this deal happen. I know I can be a bit of a challenge at times, so the fact that they stuck with us and got it done means a lot.

We’re proud of our new truck. We’re happy. And we’re incredibly thankful. If you’re thinking about trading in or buying, I strongly recommend giving Carter and Taylor a shot — even if you think your situation is complicated, these two will go to bat for you.

I went into Ford last week for service on my 2021 f150. I had spoken with Kieran previously about a potential trade. We spoke a few times before I came in to look at a 2025 Bronco Big Bend. He was professional and empathetic to what I needed in a vehicle. He wasn't pushy or trying to get me into something I didn't really want. He listened to me and was attentive to what I had to say. I really enjoyed working along side of him. Afterward, I went to see Lucas in financing. We had a good time discussing my options, and I left, satisfied with my choices. My husband and I just purchased last week a 2025 Bronco from Maclin Ford. We worked with Bradley Pizani (great salesman from start to finish and put up with all our crazy questions and our 17 year old who came on the test drives 🙂 ), and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle including walking us through setting up our phones along with the ford app. He even showing us how to remove the roof panels so we could have the roof off for our ride home.
