But what really sets them apart is their exceptional service , the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure you find the perfect fit.

The customer service here has been atrocious since the day it opened. Every single time I’ve walked into the store. I’ve never been acknowledged by a staff member. Anytime I’ve asked a question. I get some sort of answer with barely even looking at me and can barely even give me the time of day. I’ve come with a friend who is an avid shopper with money to spend and we were blatantly ignored when she asked about a different size for a sweater. Every single time I step foot in here the staff never acknowledge me. I am gay and it feels homophobic.

Service is always fabulous here and the variety of product is top notch. The only complaint I have are the HANGERS! My gosh, who wants to spend $200 on a top, all to leave with it having a huge stretched/damaged shoulder area. This has been my pet peeve for years and seems like a somewhat easy fix Either fold your knit/delicate products or invest in new shop hangers.

I purchased the warmest, coziest jacket which i recieved so many compliments on.
One of the little buttons needed fixing after sometime. I reached out to them and not only was I responded to promptly but was shipped an entirely brand new jacket.
5 star customer service.
So grateful for this store which i purchase a significant amount of my wardrobe from!!

I asked specifically "can I return this, it not for me? and the person working said "yes". I paid for it and she said "you have 2weeks for a size exchange only"....WTF?...didn't I just ask for that information 2 min ago

Came from out of town and went to the store with family. None of us were greeted or made eye contact with. 2 girls at the register, didn't bother to say anything even when we literally walked in front of them. One person from our group said "hi". The cash register was caught off guard, and by mistake gave a smirk and quickly looked at the other associate gesturing she made a blunder by reacting. Just wow. Not making the mistake by coming back here. This store definitely prefers a type. Management should definitely replace staff - that is if they are not stereotypical themselves! Zero stars. And no I am not reaching out to anyone from the store if you reply to my comment. Teach your employees, tell them to read their policies on equality and workplace ethics. I feel bad for those 2 cash registers. Smarten up!

I don't know why they have sign saying good vibes only when there was no good vibes when I went in. No greeting, no help.... the three girls just stared and whispered? So I just walked out instead. I tried to smile and greet one of the girls but she acted like she didn't see me.
The sign intrigued me but unfortunately people stereotype you at this store. No good vibes in my opinion. Totally sucks because it is a beautiful store.
