I didn't buy my Golden directly from Maplelane Goldens however, they had donated a litter to a local Service Dog organization, (I have no idea the details), and I fostered one of the puppies during the 2 year training.
It was unfortunate that fund raising wasn't enough during the two years to get the litter into service and the organization could not afford to fund it themselves.
So all 6 of us foster parents ended up purchasing the 2 Yr olds.
My boy is coming up on 10 years and he's very healthy and extremely well behaved boy.
I get endless compliments about him everywhere I go. He's very handsome and damn cute too. He's also so well behaved that people can't believe it and that's not all due to training, it's his nature too.
He's the most loving dog who would not hurt a living thing, he has the kindest soul of any animal I've ever met.
My understanding is Goldens average age is only 10 to 12 years. Which is relatively short and is primarily due to cancer, from poor breading practices over the recent decades.
My boy coming up on 10 and is completely healthy. I have to attribute that to the responsible and selective breeding practices of Maplelane Goldens breeders.
I'd like to Thank them firstly for being so responsible resulting in such loving and healthy Goldens and for your generous donation to that service dog organization. If you hadn't, I would never have ended up with my boy.
It has been the best 10 years of my life due to having him and it all began nearly 10 years ago at Maplelane Goldens.

We have had the great pleasure of getting one of Maplelane Goldens
Best puppy ever/ it has been a pleasure dealing with Maplelane and the crew.
The training that our pup had before coming home was incredible and we got to see our fur babies most of the time through video cam.
I would recommend getting a puppy from Maplelane and would purchase another one from them in a second

Do not buy a dog from this breeder. Sherri Hall is extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. We have had a terrible experience from day 1. We were given a dog from a litter they knew were exposed to parvo, and we had to pay thousands of dollars in treatment to save our puppy after only 5 days of having her. We were blamed for this incident, even though her own puppy had the disease, and all the veterinarians said it was impossible it hadn’t originated at the breeder. They are unresponsive, and did not honour the fact that we had asked for a male dog, as they are generally better with autistic children. Our puppy went on to have resource guarding issues which we reached out about, with no response, and again we were blamed for not sending 100 emails trying to reach them for assistance. Our puppy has aggression issues, and instead of offering support she called to scream at us again, belittle us, and ultimately ask for the dog back. We had a golden retriever for 9 years prior to this and never had any problems, we are not first time dog owners. The worst quality of this breeder is her inability to deal with people in a respectful manner. WORST BREEDER EVER.

I am thrilled to have a golden from Maplelane - Sherri is amazing, cares deeply for her pups and has exceptionally high standards. The facility the offer for rent (through legitimate channels) is a doggy dream land.
