Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions et, après avoir attendu 5 minutes dans la file pour un très bon gâteau roulé, le vendeur nous a offert des biscuits en guise de remerciement pour notre patience. Thank you for your reply. However, I want to point out that on your homepage, it is clearly stated that free delivery applies for purchases over $70. The fact that you added an extra horizontal scroll on your promotion page a few days after my comment, explaining this, again shows a lack of transparency! This usually suggests that you are not taking customer intelligence into account.

In any case, simply making promises to attract customers is not enough. What truly builds customer loyalty is satisfaction, not just the one-time purchase. The goal of writing reviews is to help improve service, so feel free to continue your operations as you see fit.

From the outset, it's clear that this establishment is a treasure trove for those seeking Persian goods, offering an array of items typical of Persian culture. My experience here has generally been positive, largely thanks to the hospitable Persian ladies who staff the store. They contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that makes shopping here a pleasant encounter.

The store boasts a daily selection of traditional Persian dishes, such as ash and kabab. On a scale of taste, I'd rate the food as satisfactory, with a score of 5 out of 10. Specifically, the double kabab kobideh is priced at 16 CAD, which might seem steep, especially when considering other options available in the city that might offer better value for money. During my visit, I found the rice served to be cold, which was disappointing, but the kabab was notably tasty. However, dining in led to an observation that the overall quality of the food could be improved.

A significant drawback that impacted my rating was the lack of price tags on most items. This omission made shopping more cumbersome than necessary, as it required inquiring about the price of each item from the staff, which was quite tiring.

The store advertised a 30% discount for students, which was a compelling offer. However, upon purchasing around 20 items, it was disappointing to discover that only one item was eligible for the 30% discount, with the majority only receiving a 10% discount. This discrepancy was misleading and reduced the overall satisfaction with the promotional offer.

Considering these aspects, I decided on a 3-star rating for the store. While it serves as a valuable source for Persian products and offers friendly service, there are areas for improvement, particularly in food quality, pricing transparency, and the accuracy of discount promotions, that could significantly enhance the shopping and dining experience.

First of all, it’s a Persian store that you can find most Persian stuff there. I like it here. The staff are nice Persian ladies.
The reason why I gave 3 stars is that, most items didn’t have a price tag so it was tiring to ask the price of every item from the staff.

It was 30 percent off for the students l, we bought around 20 items only one had 20 percent off. The other items only had 10 percent off which is all-time discount.

Terrible experience shopping here!
The minute I opened the box of sweets a butterfly flew out of it and all the sweets inside looked gross while the expiration date was fine. Seems like they change the expiration dates on goods! So expensive compared to other Persian stores! Save your money and take care of your heath by avoiding this store and other store which is located on St.Catherine.
I tried not to write a negative comment but honestly this is not the first time someone buys an expired good from them so it seems like a pattern for this store and people need to be aware of it.
Doesn’t seem like anyone here cares about your health!
