I had taken my boat in for a thermostat change and was told is was going to be a week. 3.5 weeks later I had to call to see if my boat was still there or being worked on and the secretary told me she would talk to guys in boat shop and get back to me and never did. Next I get a call 1.5 weeks later saying my boats ready and I take it home take of covers and realize there is multiple ( maybe 100 spots on the boat were the finish looks like it is completely taken off and a few rust spots. I then Politely called to let them know again told it they would get back to me with no response again a week later.

Me and my husband had taken our boat in for a minor repair and it took 3.5 weeks longer than stated and boat came bake damaged after they had water tested it. Horrible service and still waiting on responses that aren’t going to come. Again horrible service , horrible communications and seems like all

I've been a regular customer for marine needs at Marina Shores for 15 years. 2 weeks ago I purchased a boat from Brad (sales manager)at Marina shores. Great guy,very knowledgeable and helpful. Paid thousands to have them repair my rivets only to have it leak worse than before. Now I'm told to take it back to where I bought it.

This place is the only place I will take my boat, I tried a few other places and had a rough start to being a boat owner, got ripped off a few times a long the way... then I found marina shores, they made the experience of repair my boat to running order in rapid fashion. And it ran smooth all season this year. They answered all my questions and were extremely fair on price. I highly recommend this place for purchasing used parts and repairs and in will likely buy my first new boat from them as well.

Old school good customer service. Everyone friendly and happy to help. We purchased our first boat and the staff was very helpful and there were no stupid questions. Very impressed, oh and pricing is competitive.
