Absolutely stunning sandwich. Montreal smoked meat is to die for. Amazing friendly owner. And the fairest prices I’ve seen in a long time for a sandwich. I Would recommend visiting Simeon for a sandwich!

Simeon’s shop is a true local gem. You can tell right away that he pours his heart into everything he makes. Whether it’s his rich, comforting soups, hearty meat pies, or his incredible frozen dinners and his even more amazing cabbage rolls that always hit the spot. And don’t even get me started on his dessert pies. I’ve had the pleasure of trying most of them and they are absolutely top-tier. Simeon himself is a bit of a character (in the best way and also the “cabbage roll king of Canada”) his passion for good food and community really shines through. Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t already

With family visiting from BC and living out of the area myself I wanted something a little different for our Saturday afternoon family time. My grown kids live here and said they had heard good things about Market Simeon. We were just thrilled with our choice. We purchased a meat/cheese charcuterie board(they loan the boards) - the quality excellent and fresh with a large assorment of different items to try.The presentation was impressive the service excellent as was the cost.

Everything about this place from the food to the service to the prices is 5 stars. We stopped in for a quick browse and ended up abandoning our original lunch plans elsewhere after a lovely chat with Simeon. Our sandwiches were so tasty--it was worth the switch-up. See you again soon!!

Anything we have had from Simeon, sausage rolls, meat pies, and this time a key-lime pie, are amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

I received my first "cheese higher education" here. Every recommendation was amazing, and the prosciutto cotto was so greasy and dreamy. Got the best sandwich I've ever had in North America. On the way home, I couldn't stop regretting not buying a portion of pine nut basil sauce.

Hope more people can come to this little shop and experience all the incredible things I've experienced.

We stopped in today to check our market Simeon after seeing some posts on Facebook about the shop, and thoroughly enjoyed both our croque monsieur sandwiches as well as the conversation.
We got some meat pies to take home and had them for dinner tonight and were absolutely blown away by how tasty the beef pies were. The chicken was amazing as well but the beef was really a standout.
Thanks for the delicious lunch (and dinner), we’re looking forward to trying something new next time
