This store is amazing as well as the staff is knowledgeable on the product. Went in here because the other store told us this is the only store that have the size we needed for work boots. We know what we're looking for but we just couldn't find it on their shelves. It was only one person working at the floor that time and when we walked in she's helping other customer looking for a size, then she's also the cashier. Mind you there's probably few other shoppers including me and my husband and only one person running the front store. But despite of that, she still helped all customers in a friendly manner, answered our questions about the boots and still make sure we found what we are looking for. We'll be definitely go back in this location.

Looking at the other reviews looks like I’m not the only one who had to experience this, I visited to this store today because I had some items put on hold till 6 and I was just in store for max 10mins and the SHIFT LEAD EMERRIZA was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand it’s close to closing time, but customer service should not suffer because of it.I really hope store management takes this seriously and reconsiders who they have representing their store. VERY DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE!!.

not good experience with the manager . they gave me warranty for 100 days if you have any manufacturer defect or size you can replace . but when i went there they refused to do so and Amanda the manager started arguing like we will not do replacement. they should work on there policies if you can’t give warranty then why you tell us we will do it for you . really rude.

As a larger guy I feel discriminated against these days. No size 40 work pants anymore and never any size 13 workboots.....GET IT TOGETHER. NOT EVERYONE IS A PETITE UNDERFED DAISY. STOCK UP FOR THE BIG BOYS!!!! IT NEVER USED TO BE THIS BAD, BUT THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS NEVER HAVE THESE SIZES IN STOCK.

I went there to replace my shoes as it came with warranty but manager told me your shoes look like 2 year ols that I got 2 months have receipt and show her evrything but argue with me and did change it not a good experience at all

I also work with the marks however every time i go there to buy stuff they act rude and least interactive. Manager is good and helpful

They will take your money and not provide you with a proper resolution.

Customer service associates including floor staff and floor managers really need to understand their manufacturing warranty policies with suppliers such as Helly Hansen.

A simple re-direction to a 100 day policy for returns and refunds policy is simply ridiculous.

I even emailed the customer service department and they have not responded to me yet.

How can one expect to pay 100’s of dollars on products thinking they are durable and solid meanwhile a zipper may break after being rarely used.

The attitude of both associates needs to be accounted for as I will not be going back after the way I was treated by the in unknowledgeable staff.

Note - They are owned by Canadian Tire so do not expect quality when you shop here.

Went in today about a half hour before close. Normally we dont ever do this, but my boyfriend and i knew what we were getting ahead of time (1 item) and went to check out as soon as we found the item as they were the only location closest to us that had what we were looking for. The lady who was helping us seemed so attiudy towards us and very short. We were probably in the store for no more than 10 minutes as we saw other staff cleaning and preparing to close and wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. I Normally dont ever write reviews under 3 stars but i did not like the way we were treated in the store by the employee. She just seemed so miserable being there and didnt say hi or anything. We definitely felt a bit uncomfortable and will not be coming back to this location unfortunately.
