Je ne recommande pas ce shop . Très mauvaise expérience. Le délai était long sous prétexte de vérifier la qualité dans leur entrepôt. Très déçue, la qualité était horrible. Les paillettes qui te collent au visage , mes enfants avaient partout, par terre «  such a mess! » . En plus de payer le retour le jour même, ils m’ont chargé 110$ comme frais de stockage.
Attention !! C’est marqué que vous pouvez retourner mais ils disent pas tout . Que de mauvaises surprises après.

Amazing selection of gorgeous gowns! Ruby was incredibly kind a patient with me, helping me find my perfect dress on such short notice. I am extremely happy with my dress and so thankful for Ruby at Marla’s Fashions!

This is our second year buying a prom dress from Marla’s. Last year we were so impressed with their quality, that we visited their site again this year and at first did not see what we were looking for. So we looked at other sites. HUGE mistake. Long story short, we were scammed by another site online and in a last ditch effort, went back to Marla’s site with our fingers crossed. Wouldn’t you know, they had the EXACT dress from the scam website. By now it was approximately 2-1/2 weeks before prom 😱! I called Marla’s customer service and explained our story of the scam and how we found the same dress at Marla’s…and how could we get the dress here in time for prom! The Marla’s rep was so kind, and with express shipping, said she would personally ensure the dress would arrive in 10 business days, at least 4 days before prom, at the latest. I quickly placed the order and immediately tracking began! Wouldn’t you know, instead of the dress arriving 4 days before prom, it ends up arriving in about FIVE DAYS! The dress was stunning quality and exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend Marla’s fashions enough!!

I left a review previously because I was told that if I do I’d get the garment bag for free. I paid $10 extra online just to get the bag so I asked if I could get back that money since I’m leaving a review. Makes sense right. Well now they say because I purchased it online they will ask their online manager to give me a store credit for $10 if I qualify. That doesn’t make sense to me. Store credit for some dress I paid over $500 for that my daughter will never wear again. Plus I won’t even consider coming back just because of this. Yeah $10. If the bag is supposed to be $50 but I paid $10 extra just to get it. Why not just refund me the $10 I spent. Especially since I was leaving a review for the reason you asked me to.

So with that being said. Take these reviews for whatever they are. Bribery for a bag. Thx for my daughter’s prom dress.

Wonderful staff; completly hands on, got my dress in less than the time estimated, affordable. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to save money on your dress. Absolutely in love with my dress!

They have nice dresses.
Place is very caotic, three stools for the whole store, many or the dresses are demaged due to the caos, workers seem to lack of experience, even saw a worked dragin dresseses on the floor.

We came to Marla’s to find the perfect Grade 12 graduation dress for my daughter, and once again, we had a fantastic experience—just like we did when we found her Grade 8 grad dress here. It was such a full-circle moment! The staff are incredibly helpful, offering honest opinions on each dress, which is so valuable when choosing from their amazing selection (seriously, there are thousands!). The entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. I can absolutely see us coming back in the future for wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Highly recommend!

Beautiful experience loved the atmosphere and attention to detail! Sanya was very helpful and my daughter had such a good time! The staff are all very professional and. Very sweet. Thank you. So much Marla's fashion my daughter will enjoy her grade eight graduation!! We will definitely come back for more events!
