My rating is only about the service received at the Sudbury location, not the clothing, as Maurice’s is my # 1 go to brand and is the majority of my wardrobe.
Although 1 young lady approached me when I came in to tell me the sales but then flew out the door, the other 2 young ladies were standing at the cashes, 1 playing on her phone while having idle chit chat with her co worker. No one approached to ask if I needed something taken down so I had to pull on a hanger to get a shirt, nor did they offer me a change room with the items I was walking around the store with. Once I was ready to try things on, I asked for a change room at which time I was directed to take any open door in the back. The usual courtesy at a Maurice store is much more personal than this with your name being added on the door for that extra personal touch. I proceeded to try on items with not one of the 3 employees asking how I was doing( I should add there were no other customers in the store). I came out of the change room and had to raise my voice to get an employees attention for another size, at which time she asked where are those from inThe store? Most employees know their products and I have never been asked for directions for an item from an employee. When I went to the cash to pay, 1 of the young employees was again on her cell phone talking to the other while the third served me. Horrible customer service

Like the clothes, very reasonable in price. On-line orders are a bit tricky. Since it is an American website, you have to call in your order. Returns are easier. You can take them back to the store. If you want something for a special occasion, order well in advance. My order took over 2 weeks.

Been to the store twice and no one said hello or acknowledged me or my daughter. I thought maybe because I was an older lady. They said hello to everyone else and let them know what the deals were. Besides that, clothes are nice and not too pricey.

Amazing clothes, amazing service. It's a little bit pricey but totally worth it, the stuff lasts! Such a wide range of plus size clothes that are actually cute! Weather you shop at Maurice's regularly or you're looking for a special occasion I definitely recommend it!

The staff is friendly and approachable. The store is clean and bright with nice displays. The dressing rooms are roomy and tidy. They have a great range of sizes and clothes are reasonably priced.

I won’t be returning to this store. I went in on Thursday July 8th at 1pm and the workers were too busy chatting about the new jewelry to even say hello to me. I browsed through the entire store without so much as a greeting. Is it because I was wearing all black and didn’t fit your “aesthetic”? Either way, it was rude and I will not be returning.
