I used to love this small shop and frequently purchased gifts from their Fort Langley location, but I must say the two times I have been in the willoughby location since post partum, I have been thrown off by the lack of customer service in terms of the sales associate watching me open the store door on my own while trying to push the stroller through the door.

I thought to myself okay maybe when I leave the person will show some grace and offer to help me. Nope, sat behind the counter on their iPad and couldn’t be bothered to look up. Happened on two separate occasions. I know small businesses rely on community and their reviews but these two instances were enough for me to not want to go back and spend my money at this local shop if the associates can’t be bothered to help their customers by simply holding a door open.

Beautifully run, everything is in such good shape and organized well. Owner is a wonderful person and immediately welcomed me in! Supports small businesses, and sells her own jewelry! Will definitely be shopping here again.
