Le bâtiment n'est pas magnifique comme peuvent l'être d'autres boutiques, mais les employés y sont bien plus efficaces. Nous avons souhaité être accueillis par Darren et avons envoyé un message samedi soir à 22h. Il nous a répondu peu après pour fixer un rendez-vous très rapidement.
Nous avions besoin d'une voiture neuve très rapidement, et nous avons eu exactement ce que l'on souhaitait sans options superflues, et plus rapidement que prévu.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our brand-new Mazda CX-5 Signature at Mazda of Toronto! We want to express our sincere thanks to the entire team, especially to Mazda Brand Specialist Douglas. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made it much easier to understand the differences between financing a new vs. a used car. Douglas truly cares about his clients, and we felt that at every step.

We’d also like to thank Finance Manager Mina for her professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. A special thank-you goes to Sales Manager Bryan for coordinating everything and his willingness to truly support us. The team, especially Finance Manager Rui, also went above and beyond by helping us resolve an issue with our previous vehicle, even though they weren’t obligated to. Exceptional Experience with Mr. Vito C. A True Professional Who Breaks the Mold 🏆🏆🏆✨️

I first met Mr. Vito C. about a month ago during a trip to Toronto when I was considering purchasing a vehicle. Although I had to back out due to time constraints, that initial interaction left a strong impression. Vito was respectful, attentive, and most importantly not pushy. He listened carefully to my concerns and made it clear that he valued my time and approach. I told him I was a straight shooter and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, and he completely understood and respected that.

Fast forward a couple of weeks I saw a 2021 Mazda CX-9 that caught my eye and reached out to Vito again. We picked up right where we left off, and thanks to the trust he had built from day one, I ended up buying the car sight unseen. That’s right!!! Everything was done via text, email, and phone calls, even late in the evening after work hours. Vito never once complained and was consistently responsive, professional, and customer-focused throughout the entire process.

He went above and beyond during negotiations, always following through on what he said he would do. Vito truly breaks the stigma of the “typical car salesman.” His dedication, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset made this one of the smoothest and most satisfying car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and this is my 4th Mazda CX9 GT CPO.
