I ordered flowers for my aunt who is Battling Breast Cancer. The flowers were pick up on Friday and by Sat started turning brown. I called Monday to let them know. The woman I talked to said she knew my aunt and would make it right. She then called my aunt to ask her about the flowers .My aunt said yes that the flowers were dying. She asked to come by and view them. She then took the flowers and replaced a few of the dying ones with new ones but left the dying roses. I feel like she could have just replaced the flowers in this situation and since both of us and my cousin told her the flowers were dying. Poor quality and I will not be purchasing again as I am not happy with the service! The 1st Picture is the day.1 2nd is day.2 and 3rd is what she replaced .

OMG they have done it again, We order flowers from McClung’s upwards of almost 10 times a year, we are never disappointed, always amazed. Today was a bountiful for us, with flowers from the grateful husband, our daughter-in-law and my brothers and their wives, today our house is filled with beauty. You did it again! The planter was beautiful. You do go out of your way to serve and help others and do it all with your beautiful smile and cheery personality. Excellent Customer Service on all fronts. I was satisfied. And will continue to use. Reasonable prices as well. One thing..i wish they would give their professional opinions on what sort of arrangement is best for the occasion. Other than that tiny detail, I find nothing to complain about. The person I spoke with on the phone represented McClungs perfectly.
