What a good experience in purchasing a vehicle locally. This dealership gave me a better deal on a vehicle rather than traveling 4 hours away to see the same vehicle. The staff there always gives you a hi and even the sales staff especially Kelly Ulmer are very patient and knowledgeable with these high tech vehicles. He even stayed past closing hours to show me and explain everything on this new vehicle great job.I will be going there for future vehicle maintenance. Thanks.

Always an awesome experience. Oil changes, tire problems, questions with the electronic stuff, no matter my concerns the staff greet me with huge smiles and a cup of coffee or tea which I ingest while they fix or repair my concern. Mellville Chevrolet is the place to shop for a vehicle if your interested in buying local. They had exactly what I was looking for, and every bit of the process was amazing from start to finish and all in a timely manner from walking in and see if I would be approved to driving home with a brand new 2018 Buick Encore all within a afternoon. Honestly just a afternoon WOW. Not only did finance get approved but I got thousands in discounts and all the warranty I would need and signed up for a credit card through the dealership that gave a 1500 dollar discount in savings even if I wasn’t approved for the card. I would like to thank Brad in finance for doing everything in his power to put me behind the wheel of the vehicle of my choosing. I couldn’t have asked for more, he makes sure you get all there is to give for an amazing deal. Now I would also like to thank Kelly the sales rep. He was a complete gentleman to my wife and daughter and was more then hospitable. The Buick comes with so many awesome features and Kelly took the time to go above and beyond to make sure we understood our new vehicle and all of its capabilities to the point that the man stayed two hours after Melville Chevrolet’s business hrs. . I could not have asked for a better experience or to be served by a more humble person then the folks at Mellville Chevrolet. And with all the extras that come with the vehicles they have to offer is way to cool even if I don’t want to go for a drive I’m still in the encore using the apple car play to text and all the other apps that are usable.
