Great store. Decent staff, good stock levels what they have not got they will get in for you. Truly helpful polite staff. They carry most things for the home and garden.

Was offered a display model patio set and Went to buy the patio set and found out another employee sold it and didn't take of the sale sign or put up a sold sign and no one knew. So we drove home. We get a call saying that there is one we can have that's in the box so we say we will take it. Okay so we drive back into town from 25 mins away. To find out that's sold. And the display Monday with no box is available, but for the same price. So needless to say zero communication or organization.

This place is fantastic. Staff are friendly, quick and knowledgeable. It is rare for me to head here and them not have what I am looking for and if they don't they bring it in for you. In Melville this is also the Purolator Pick-up/drop off point.

( 2*6 board was made to as part of the grand reopening of the building center. )

Everytime I go there and ask for assistance, especially when I want to get in and out they start helping you then leave you for a different customer. Or when there helping they take a phone call and help the person and never come back to you.. when I phone I'm always told they will call me back that's usually the next day or 2. Why do I have to be put on a call wait when I'm in the store they answer the phone to right away. Very disorganized.
