Ordered a cake in advance about a month ago for my wedding this past Friday. Went to go pick it up and the writing was not good at all. The first 2 letters of "always" starts off in capital letters and then goes off into lowercase cursive for some reason. Being my wedding day and short for time, I had to accept it. At least it tasted good

I was hurrying up to have your regular florist arrange the roses I got for my daughter's birthday but I think your florist already left. She did arrange the flowers I bought here before. The cashier was very polite and she made up for the florist's absence. Thanks and have a nice day!

I had a best experience in bakery department 1 week before , last minute shopping for my daughter birthday , all my daughter wants pink butterfly cake unfortunately don,t have pink but got butterfly Emma is too good she made some decorations with pink icing made the the cake pink .
Emma took the time she is very passionate about her work, usually I don't get this much attention or concerns this location after long time I got a great experience with Emma , Thank you Emma you made my daughter very happy ?.

Ordered through Uber, not given time to adjust items that were sold out but were still listed. Couldn’t compromise for savings (min cost required for coupon) and ended up getting half my items for double the original cost. Never again.

I’m really disappointed with the Bakery Department. I had a serious injury and was not able to walk so I placed an order for my friends birthday 2 days prior to the day, and when I called to get the cake, they mentioned to misplace it. They simply apologised and mentioned that it was a mistake which makes no sense, when I was out of options to get the cake and had to spend more money than planned. Disappointed and Upset !!
