Good grocery store with freshly prepared foods like chicken, potato’s, pizza. Has a bakery, and meat/fish section. Fresh produce, and house supplies. Free parking outside but parking lot is usually pretty busy all the time.

This is a good branch to shop but felt like the things needed to be replenished regularly. It has a wide variety of flower bouquets which is wonderful.

I love the hot food area, it gives them a huge advantage over other grocery stores. Everything is very clean and in order. The cashier who helped me yesterday was very friendly compared to other cashiers. And although Metro has a variety of products, they are missing other products and brands.

This place is cool. They have lots of food for sale.

I wish they had a better/bigger cheese selection. And I wish they brought back the selection of NZ grass-fed beef.

Almost all self-checkout. If you need a human cashier, you could be lining up.

Typically I have great experiences here, but today I was very unhappy with the service and quality at the ready-made counter. I specifically asked if the chicken fingers were made fresh today as they looked stale, the woman serving said they were fresh from today, so I got them. I’ve ordered this product here many times before, and they were definitely not made today, they were hard as a rock and dried out. I wish she wouldn’t have lied, as I would have selected something else and not wasted $12.50 on something I couldn’t eat.

Always clean, helpful staff, but the selection is not the biggest. Still has all the necessary products. Meat and fish departments are great with fresh meat!

Dealt with Karine and May in the deli counter. Great customer service. Constant smiles and a desire to please customers. They could be training others on what customer service should be.

I tried to order a prepared meal, a half chicken with two sides. The server kepted trying to give me a quarter chicken. She said they don't sell half chicken. It's offered on the sign above her head. She would NOT look behind her and read the sign.
The cashier said I was better off going to Harvey's.
May as well do my shopping elsewhere as well.
