Never ever imagined the way me and my wife were treated. Really rude and worst ever customer service. They don’t have coordination among themselves. The lady helping us gave us a different price of each product and total price after discount but the lady at the cash was not in a mood to talk. The two ladies at the cash counter were making sounds like ‘oh gosh’ until we finally paid the bill. Horrible customer service the management should take care of these kinda employees coz no matter how much percentage you give as discount but customer service matters.

Earning So hard and giving them our money , yet super rude and disrespectful , all deals are put to give false or creatively so you can get into the trap.... then you invest hour , there sales team will suggest something and cashier will submit something else . then when you want to talk and tell them you almost lost an hour , they will start looking down ...... Super disrespectful and Rude ..... no value for your money ..... Coach right across got my 500 $ business right away...... Be wary and first check price ..... no wonder why coach has people standing with calculator..... Very very disappointed and poor corporate training.....

Writing this review to give justice to the couple who were treated with no respect by the manager of this store. They were not given the store wide extra 20% off and when they asked after checking the receipt- the manager started a yelling match, blaming the couple. l witnessed first hand how she dismissed and IGNORED the couple and then started a whole screaming match in the store blaming the couple. She should not be a manager if she has no professionalism.
