I am disappointed with one of the staff there after I needed servicing on my laptop. I did not feel like I was treated as a customer with the rude staff person and left. Fortunately Christopher, a senior tech advisor, reached out with a phone call right away and resolved the issue. He was professional and pleasant to deal with, however I am hesitant to enter the store there and will only deal over the phone from now on.

Drove about an hour to get to a computer repair place for my problematic phones, which was closed. We ended up going to this great place to explore options for replacing the phones and I'm so glad we did. Ashton took the time to help me navigate my cell phone plan, take a look at options for upgrading both my phone and my plan and did a great job communicating clearly and professionally with me. It's always stressful when your phones won't charge or won't work. Ashton, with the help of some of his colleagues too, got me up and running on a better plan with a new phone which actually works! Will definitely return for future business and highly recommend this location for all of your business needs. Thanks again everyone!

Amazing staff front and back. They sell and service computers, do business to business IT services and product sales, office furniture, stationary, cameras, printers and more. Will always come back for the hometown feel and great customer service!

I will never use this store again. I have had original art copied here. The colour printers are terrible. They have no settings to adjust and the copies look nothing like the originals. You will be charged for every test page even if you intend to throw them out. The service is not professional and the staff do not care if their copies are not up to par! Luckily I found two other great print shops in town!

Was having overheating issues with a gaming PC. Had new parts installed and the workmanship was excellent and took less than 2 business days. Absolutely recommend not just for repairs, but other office/home needs.

I cannot begin to thank the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to fix my computer for me... I am a senior down with pneumonia and not able to get out... The technician came to my home and fixed my computer knowing I wasnt able to bring it in myself.. The first class service and friendliness I received on the phone made me realize that there are wonderful people that are willing to help seniors and not just sweep us under the carpet...I give MicroAge in Goderich a 5 star for their service and the staff are a 10+ and priceless... thank you all again so so much
