Alex was very informative and friendly, he explained things throughly and did not make me feel pressured or stress. Service was great, although I was suppose to get a windshield wash down with the package I purchased and I do not think that happened. My windshield was still dirty and I could see lines where my windshield wipers ended. Aside from service I would recommend less texts, I booked my appointment on Wednesday for Friday, it's now Sunday an I have received 12 text (automatic) from Midas and 9 emails. I know the employees there have no control over this but it's pretty annoying.

Amazing experience, was hesitant bc of past experience with another Midas in another city. But i was in a bind harmonic balancer came apart on me work vehicle (self employed) Cheryl went the extra mile to work with me, find the parts and fit my in their schedule and get me back on the road again so i could serve my customers asap. Any ill will i had with midas is gone bc the the professional and kind experience i had at Napanee Midas. Thank you

Friendly and personable customer service team and mechanics that care! I switched to Midas with their new tire and brakes replacement promo, and happy I did for the warranty! My car is 10yrs old but drives new, thanks to the Midas Napanee team: Pat, Cheryl, Alex, thanks a bunch!

Cheryl and Alex are both excellent to deal with! They're both very friendly and knowledgeable with auto repair! They go the extra distance to serve you!!! 5 stars from me!!! The machanics are also a good group of guys!!! I would recommend this shop highly!!!😊

Friendly, professional staff. Service was quick, I was in for oil change and switch out my winter tires. The inspection discovered an issue with my rear brakes, and they were able to replace the worn parts at the same appointment. I loved that I was shown the wear on my pads and disks prior to the repair being carried out. Highly recommend Midas Napanee!

Very good service with getting a set of new tires. The customer service person, Cheryl was excellent. Also they stand by their warranty, because I needed a valve replacement in one tire a week or so later, and did it for free.

I’ve been going to Midas on and off for years with multiple vehicles. Once they opened a Napanee location it just made it so much easier for me! I LOVE CHERYL! So happy I can see her at the Napanee location now too! She’s amazing, polite, and truthful..which is rare for an auto shop! I love the courtesy inspection and I LOVE that they can text me my inspection report and receipt! Highly recommend Midas!
