This place takes the stress out of grocery shopping because their prices are reasonable and the Sales are great! I am 74 with some mobility issues, so I truly enjoy the smaller sized store.

The kind staff is the only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one. I am no longer shopping at No Frills.
Prices have gotten completely out of control and it’s a slap in the face to customers seeing this new fancy renovation paid for with high prices.
Did you know 2/5 children in PEI are food insecure? Islanders are struggling and we don’t want a fancy grocery store renovation. We need a budget grocery store, which is what “No Frills” used to be but those days are long gone. I think the only good thing to come out of this renovation is that the dairy no longer smells like half of it is rotting at the bottom of the cooler.
Lastly, the checkout process at this place is confusing. The self checkouts are not visible from the lineup and usually there is no worker directing customers that one is available. I don’t understand why there is one line which blocks the freezer aisles for other customers. Luckily I don’t have to care anymore. Good riddance “Frills”

Lovely mulch. The Charlottetown Community Church sent us to get it for their “Go Garden program”. Said program educates poor people on how to grow some of their own food.
If it’s good enough for a church it’s probably good enough for kings as well…

Was really disappointed the last time I was there. Prices were not reasonable and selection wasn't great.

Prices were competitive if not better than the competition in the past but now they're pretty much the same as Sobeys. They've also completed a fancy store reset recently so I imagine the cost of that is being passed on to the consumer. It's like the "No" has been taken out of "No Frills". Also, with everything in the store being moved due to the reset, no one INCLUDING THE STAFF, knows where anything is! I'll continue to go there for a couple of specific items but for regular groceries, I'll go back to Sobeys or head to Giant Tiger

Not usually a shopper of this store just due to location. The produce section was ok, but we couldn't find several items we went in for. The meat prices were on par with their competitors. We did find really consumer friendly buys in the dairy department. Lot of product in the aisles so made navigating with other buyers tight. Loved that you can collect PC points.
