Henry and Mike G at Mike Knapp ford are the dream team. This was my 3rd Ford from them. Henry worked to out the deal together with me while I was I. The hospital recovering from a car accident. He was open and honest with the cost and how long it would take for the vehicle to be delivered. He worked with my budget and was very quick to respond with any details. As I was waiting for my Maverick to be delivered he updated me along the way and was even so thoughtful to send me photos of it being unloaded at the dealership. Both Mike and Henry worked with my difficult work schedule to get the vehicle ready for me and to assist with pick up that worked on my time. Henry even stayed late to ensure that I had all the information about my new truck when I went to pick it up from the lot. Everyone at Mike Knapp is easy to deal with , open and honest and treat you like family. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again (3 times so far) and I would suggest anyone looking to strike a great deal on a ford vehicle to visit them. It’s worth the drive to Welland to visit Henry and Mike G at Mike Knapp.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and how Sean listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. Once I chose my vehicle he explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Once I picked up the vehicle Sean sat with me in the vehicle and set everything up on the screen so that I can drive away without worrying about synchronizing all the item that needed to be done. I dealt with Brian, and he was AMAZING! He walked us through all of the options and packages for our Ford Maverick, explained important details of the 2025 and 2024 models. Also he was able to get us through the challenging rear camera recall on the 2024 by helping us pivot to a 2025 Maverick. He gave us excellent recommendations on accessories and the Ford warranty. All in all, probably the best buying experience I've ever had came from Brian on this one. Super knowledgeable, friendly and funny!

I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed with the service at Mike Knapp Ford in Welland. I took my car in for a simple procedure to adjust the speed limiter — something that should have been straightforward and quick. When I called ahead, I was told the job wouldn’t even take an hour, so I expected a reasonable half-hour rate of around $80.

Instead, I was left waiting for 6 hours while they claimed they were "running tests," only to be told that they couldn’t rule anything out and I would need to take my car elsewhere. To make matters worse, they charged me $249 for this so-called “test,” which provided me with absolutely no solution.
The most frustrating part is that Mike Knapp Ford is an authorized Ford dealership, yet they couldn’t complete a basic procedure on a Ford vehicle. They essentially took my money and sent me away without resolving the issue, which feels like nothing short of a scam.

This kind of deceptive practice — trapping customers with misleading quotes and then overcharging them after they've already committed — is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted them because of their brand affiliation, but I’m left feeling cheated and extremely dissatisfied.

If you value your time and money, avoid Mike Knapp Ford. Their lack of transparency and poor service practices are a disgrace to the Ford name.
