Was a generally good appointment, the service department was able to fix the problem I was experiencing with my car quickly and within reasonable cost. Only downside is the difficulty in navigating between parts and service departments on the phone to validate they had the parts and subsequently book the appointment. Ferdinand was calm friendly and estimated the time for repair accurately.

Upon picking up my vehicle, I was ecstatic with the level of time put into my new car before the pickup date, my car was freshly detailed and service was performed to ensure everything was perfect! I just went to this location for service in December 2024. They said they refilled the windshield washer fluid , at least that’s what the sheet tells me. and now just after about one month with minimal driving, my dashboard says washer fluid level low. I really hope they can be more honest and diligent about their work! Plus, the service department NEVER answer their calls or reply to voice mail

Got my 2024 mini cooper last December in Mini Vaughan West, everyone work in there are really friendly. And I changed my tires back last week, they enthusiastically helped me make an appointment and did a quik vehicle inspection. Nice vehicle and nice service.
