This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You pay and they don’t call or deliver your furniture. Every time you call they have a new excuse and lie to you that it is coming in one week. Very much like a scam. One week later - same story. It’s an expense furniture store.

Worst customer service, came in looking to buy a new set of furniture and the whole time they treated me as if I couldn’t buy their products! Very rude and treated me like I was a child. The quality was very cheap for the price tag, I’m so happy I didn’t buy anything. Thank you for saving me from cheap quality staff & products!

In February I purchased an Italian made entertainment unit from Modern Sense Furniture. The quality and design were exactly what I was looking for. I was fortunate that the unit arrived earlier than expected. The delivery team did an excellent job putting on the handles and legs. A few days after the delivery, I noticed that one of the three sections of the entertainment unit didn’t align to each other. Although a very slight difference, it is in my opinion a design flaw. I informed the sales representative and received a very generic response, that they do not manufacture the unit or it must be my floor being uneven. I even contacted the owner of the company and received a similar response. Very disappointing! Bottom line, if you purchase furniture from Modern Sense, you will not be supported if you have a problem. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?

Good design and quality of the dining sets! Maria and Malak were helpful when I’m trying to decide which set of dinning table, chairs and console I want. Pricing is reasonable for the product as well!

Purchased a “MADE IN CANADA” table from them in April. Still haven’t received it as it’s “stuck at the border”. They won’t refund me the money for the table and keep postponing the delivery date every month. Scammers! Don’t buy anything from them. They lie about everything.

Crazy rich ideas for crazy rich people.
They are not normal they are exceptional.
I visited 30 plus stores for furniture of my office chairs and ended up randomly landing here. I have no words to explain how flabbergasted and amazed i was with their furniture range.
They had the most unique things one would dream of having in there home.

Love Love my new Tortona Coffee Table. Great customer service from Maria at Modern Sense Furniture. She allowed me to pay in installments and I appreciated that a lot, particularly over the past year with COVID-19 and other constraints. I am saving for a credenza now!!!!
