Absolutely lovely store with a wonderful owner who guarantees the authenticity of every item. They have a unique and extensive selection, and the shop is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. I originally went in looking for baby clothes and ended up finding the perfect Burberry pieces. The owner and her son were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend!

I completed a consignment form for my Birkin 25 last month and never received a follow-up as well. I called yesterday morning to ask about it but no one picked it up- I left a voicemail and no one called me back to follow up. Read all the positive reviews but the lack of communication definitely made me disappointed

Nice selection in-store! We found a great pair of men’s jeans, and the staff was friendly. I asked the sales associate about consigning, and she provided a business card and directed me to fill out a form online. I completed the form on September 10th, but unfortunately, I never received a follow-up email—even just to let me know if they’re accepting items or not. This lack of communication was disappointing, and it’s made me hesitant to return for future purchases or consignments.
