I just purchased a Nalgene Water Bottle. It was 17.99. That seems pretty steep for a water bottle. But with that water bottle came a second, free, plastic, same water bottle. I don't want 2 water bottles so I asked at the till if I could just have the one at half price. The answer was no but I can just take one bottle for 17.99 and leave the second. Completely contradicting your own environmental standards. Numbskullery.

We had such an amazing experience at Mountain Warehouse! The customer service was truly outstanding—everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The highlight of our visit was the manager, Miranda, who personally took the time to check in and make sure we were fully equipped for our camping trip. She even suggested a few essential items we hadn’t thought of, which made all the difference! It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and attentive service, and we left feeling confident and well-prepared. Huge thank you to the whole team—we’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience with the team at Mountain Warehouse. The staff were incredibly helpful - I needed a different size they didn’t have in stock, and the order arrived in only a few days and was exactly what I was looking for.

Highly recommend this location to anyone, one of the best I’ve been to!

Placed an order with the company in store and they said that they would have it shipped to the store within 5 to 7 business days. Arrived at the store 14 business days later and the package had still not arrived, and they couldn’t tell me where it was. They also sent me tracking information for the item, via email, but when trying to track it, it didn’t exist in the system, and there was no way to track it.

Which is not a huge problem I was OK with that, I just wanted a refund for my order because they obviously didn’t deliver it even after twice the amount of time that they promised. They also could not even prove that it had physically shipped.

So I then asked to have my purchase refunded and they refused to refund the purchase.

I had to go through the trouble of disputing the transaction with my credit card company, to get my funds back, as they did not deliver the merchandise. As the the item was set for store location delivery and pickup in store and they know that I hadn’t received it. There should’ve been zero issue refunding the order, but they still chose the route of refusing to refund the purchase.

The store has lost my business indefinitely, and I will never recommend anyone to shop here. Exceptionally unprofessional and unreliable.

My visit here was wonderful! I'm so happy they have plus sizes. It is so hard to find hiking clothes at my weight, and I found one pair of hiking pants in the store that fit me and they helped me order another pair to my house that I liked, but they didn't have in stock in my size. I didn't get the workers' name who helped me, but he was super friendly! Definitely will be coming back.

My wife, my two daughters, and I went into this store today and the experience was great. The sale brought us into the store but the service kept us in there for a while. The manager and the employee Kaia were amazing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’d give more stars if I could

Mountain Warehouse are taking orders on line and then nominating Canada Post as a courier knowing full well they are on strike. Sad for families who have limited funds and have purchased badly needed winter clothing only to find out that the delivery could take months. Mountain Warehouse will not refund or allow the sale to be fulfilled at their retail outlets, not much Christmas spirit with this UK corporation.

Good prices and inventory, but 0 customer service at the Kelowna location. I have been in multiple times with the intention of purchasing, but never been greeted or helped. Needless to say, I shopped elsewhere. Side note, the Lethbridge location has excellent service.
