Their customer service is an absolute joke. You have 7 days post delivery to request a return, and their response time is 10 business days. (For the record, it’s been far more than 10 business days and still no response). The verbiage of the return policy changed while we waited to hear back, and now explicitly states “no refunds” and store credit only. Given our table was 3 shades different than it appeared online, and there was no option to see it in person (I went to multiple stores and it wasn’t on display), I would expect some grace. What kind of furniture store does not accept refunds of an unused item in its original packaging? AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They offer a wide selection of tables and chairs. Their delivery is excellent, with clear updates on your order. They can also provide assembly and garbage disposal for an additional charge.
Both or dining table and chairs were in stock at time of order and arrived in less than a week.
Advice: Buy your items in batches so you can get free $500 coupons. (On $1500 or more normal proced purchases)

This place is great if you need furniture which your grand children will use cause it's unlikely that you will get your order in your lifetime. They have beautiful stuff and the quality and price is great. However, I put a custom order with an estimated 4 month delivery and 7 months in they are still telling me end of next month with no clear answer. The customer service is pathetic and laughable. I told them i would cancel if there was no answer and they seemed fairly happy to do it after waisting my time. I would honestly prefer to sit in an empty house than to deal with these people again. I'm surprised they still haven't gone out of business and genuinely hope that happens soon. I've had orders delivered from China in 10 days. The fact that this has taken this long and they act like they don't know where what is in today's world that everything is automated and tracked is pathetic. I wouldn't go near this place if you have any hopes of getting something in any reasonable time. Read the reviews this is a very common business practice for them. Be aware before doing business with them.

*September update* ANOTHER MONTH PASSED - NO RESPOSNSE!

I ordered an item from Must SociĂ©tĂ© on March 6, 2025, promised delivery in 7–8 weeks (by May 1). It arrived almost 2 months late, on June 21. When I finally opened it, I found it damaged — with a clear crack (I have photos/videos). I reported it the next day and have followed up over 8 times via email and their website form. The only reply I received was on July 24 saying it would be “transferred to the right department.” It’s now mid-August, and I still haven’t heard back. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I ordered a sofa in early August and was told December delivery, no date could be specified. I called end of Nov and they said it’s now estimated to deliver in February. That is an absolutely unacceptable delay and they won’t let you cancel the order. Buyer beware.

Update Jan ‘25: I emailed web@g2mc in November as suggested and never received a reply. I reconnected with the sales agent and she sent me a small loveseat as a loaner after setting the expectation I’d get a 3 seat sofa. Oh well. I guess I’m still supposed to wait until Feb. my hunch is it’s coming much later and if that’s the case I will be escalating the issue.

Update Feb ‘25: I escalated the issue. After lots of back and forth on trying to get a real update I got a lengthy explanation of how ports work with products from China. But I understand how it works but my point of is they shouldn’t have set up a delivery expectation of 4-5 months if the reality is 7-8+ months. They should say I’ll get a 3 seat loaner and send me a loveseat. Be honest with your customers. Since they sold me on false expectations, I asked them to cancel the order and instead I am going to purchase from a Canadian manufacturer. They are taking back the loaner in a few days.

Don’t even bother ordering from this store. We ordered a coffee table because in store we were told they’d be ready by end of the month. We order online right away and get an email saying it will be ready in 2 months. Common theme at this store where their estimated time is always longer than what’s posted online.

The worst part is that there is 0 way to reach their general customer service (that apparently you have to reach out for any online orders). It will automatically ALWAYS give a message saying there’s no agent available. We tried filling in the form online for them to contact us, and of course, no response.

So now we’re waiting on this coffee table in the dark with no way to get an update on the status. We would have bought elsewhere if it was going to take this long for a small item (a literal log that doesn’t require any assembly).

Not to mention when we were at this location, one of their employees approached us by starting the conversation with Chinese. Pretty racist to assume that, considering I’m Korean and I don’t even speak any language other than English.

I’ll pick up my coffee table when it’s ready and will never order from here again. There’s plenty of other good options out there everyone. Go with a place that has good communication and reliable delivery dates.
