Make sure they order you the right part. They ordered me the wrong part I drove 25 mins to pick it up and 25 back home. To realize it’s not even for the right vehicle. Then drove 25 mins back to drop it off and 25 mins home. And then charged me $45 restocking fee.l for their own screw up. Pure incompetence.

I don't normally bother writing a problem. But when it keeps happening!!! Hope this will fix it! not that I will be going there ever again! but for the people that will.

1. If you're at the till ready to pay! and "surprise" the phone rings (everytime) and without hesitation he answers it ( But not to put him on "HOLD"! ) oooh nooo!, can't do that so I can go about my day!!! He will make you wait and Wait and "WAIT"!!! The other guy (that is nice and helpful, the one that has tattoos and a Harley) had to come over and do that morons job!

2. If you work at a auto supply store try to know your "STUFF"!!! and if you don't, look it up!. Don't make Sh** up!!!.

3. Does it really take a "MONTH" to order a simple piece!... Really!!

4. Way to expensive! Save yourself... "Time,!"... Money,!... and the headache of mislead information!!!.

"For the record"! I'm a nice guy that is sick of getting sh** on for no reason!

Worst Customer service, disrespectful and there knowledge on vehicles os some what a bit unsettling ,caise tjey sire like to tall aboit nothing conclusive to what your actually doing. Do not recomend on a rainy day.
