I had an awesome experience at Napa Done Right Auto Pro! Kyle, Ryan, and Mark were incredible – they fixed my seat adjustment assembly and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. Not only were they skilled, but their friendly and hilarious personalities made the whole process so enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you're looking for top-notch service and great vibes, these guys are the ones to see. Highly recommend!

Marvelous service, extremely professional and helpful, my car broke down TODAY in the Giant Tiger parking lot in Angus Ontario and one of their mechanics - Paul- kindly came back to the parking lot with me to help me charge my dead battery and then I followed them back to their garage so they can fix my car. NAPA auto went above and beyond to show me extreme kindness in a stressful situation, thank you to Kyle and Paul.......... also not, only did I have an extraordinarily kind-hearted beautiful woman - who was a total stranger stop to help me, her incredible help was greatly appreciated as she drove me to NAPA auto and assisted in helping me till the end!! literally drove me back home, what a remarkable stranger with genuinely beautiful heart. Today I had not only NAPA go above and beyond with their professionalism, but I saw a unique kindness today from multiple people who helped me with my broken car. I want to say a big THANK YOU to NAPA auto for it's extraordinary assistance. It's because of lovely kind-hearted people in small towns that earn their respectful reputation.

Thanks to Kyle and the Napa crew for taking care of our vehicles. They are honest and tell you the way it is and what work needs to be done.
