My car has been serviced here for 3 yrs now. Never had an issue. The service advisor and mechanics always tell me what needs to be done vs what can wait. The prices are fair comparable to other shops. I have a 16 yr old Benz and never had any problems with the service and quality of service. I highly recommend this shop.
My gti gets serviced here as well and I trust their work and parts used. Prices are comparable to other shops. I like that they have a loner car available to you while yours is being done as some shops don’t offer a vehicle for the day.

I have to say that Glendale Motors have been fantastic to deal with. I have an old 2001 Audi TT with electrical issues and they were able solve the problem, even if it took a couple of tries. Mostly, I appreciate their honesty and the time they take to explain the work they do.

I typically have 3 vehicles serviced at Glendale, including 2 older German makes that can be expensive to maintain. I always appreciate the thorough and honest assessment as to what needs to be done near term and what can be deferred. On occasion, I have found and imported aftermarket parts because they were cheaper than those locally sourced and Andy most agreeably said he would install them. Natalie always goes above and beyond to help with my car maintenance decisions, including the appropriate timing to trade in my vehicles. I am also delighted with the service I get from the Tirecraft side of the business for tire storage, installation, oil services, etc. Thank you Mike!

My husband recently came in for an oil change for his Volkswagen, which requires specific care. After paying $165, he left feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected by the treatment he received from Mike. While Mike appeared courteous, friendly, and patient with other customers (all of whom happened to be white men), he was noticeably short, dismissive, and seemed aggravated when speaking to my husband — cutting him off and showing no willingness to offer guidance.

This was especially upsetting because my husband is new to owning a European vehicle and was looking for a bit of support and clarity during the visit. Instead, he was made to feel like a burden, while others were treated with patience and respect.

I don’t know if race played a factor in this, but my husband is Black, and the difference in treatment was hard to ignore. Regardless of the reason, no paying customer should ever feel like they’re being treated differently or less than anyone else.

We expected professional, respectful customer service, and unfortunately, that was not the experience. Very disappointing. We will not be a client moving forward after today.

I paid over 7000 6 months ago to get my wife’s Mercedes fixed said do everything to make safe. Took back and no one will even honour the promise. I now have an option of another 5000 bill or scrap vehicle I have no choose to but scrap this vehicle. Now being a retired Canadian soldier I am left with no vehicle and lots of money out of pocket. To make matters worse they told me to park in back and now has judge scratches all over and no one will take count ability. They are great when you are paying them but awful after that. Would not use again ever
