They have Canadian made furniture which in my opinion is a bonus because I find personally stuff from say China for example and I don't mean anything against China, but they're stuff furniture wise breaks easily, takes forever to get here and is overpriced.

Great customer service!. I Bought a leather couch from them that ended up having a issue with one of the recliners. They were quick to make things right and swapped my couch out with a brand new one. Friendly in store staff and great delivery team.

I was mattress shopping, let the sales associate Linda know what type of mattress I was looking for. She provided us lots of information and allowed us plenty of time and space to make our decision. We did purchase a mattress and box springs and we very happy with price and service. Would definitely recommend visiting them if in need of furniture or new mattress.

Four and a half yrs ago I bought 2 sofa chairs at this store after an extensive search in the area of Trenton to Kingston .Their selection was amazing ! Whomever does the orders have great taste!!!!Since I was hesitant on what color to choose they offered me more option on the type and color of fabric. I was impressed with the service I received( No one chased me around to buy, I felt comfortable to take my time). I have not regretted my purchase. The quality is outstanding.My chairs still look like new! Will definitely will go back when I need more furniture! .

Purchased a sofa Oct 2021, one cushion fell apart before it was 6 months old, made Napanee Furniture well Aware of the situation originally they were going to replace the one piece on the sofa now they won’t return my phone calls so this is what my stuff looks like now I am very disappointed in them I will never ever buy anything there again and I hope people take this seriously because I bought this in good faith thinking it would last more than six months I have no children I have a pet that’s not allowed on the sofa so this is the quality that they sell, terrible. I have sent many emails I’ve made many phone calls they completely ignore me now.

Good value and great advice... this is what I feel I get when I shop at Napanee Home Furniture and Appliances.

I have come to rely on this store for the purchase of my major home appliances. I get good advice without any sales pressure. When I have made purchases, home deliveries have been made on time, and the delivery people have been both friendly and efficient. Old appliances were taken away for a nominal fee.

we are now relying on this store for more of our home furnishing needs, and we getting that same great advice and honest value.
