Very expensive store, but you can find almost everything which you can't find in big stores like Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart, Fruiticana and local markets. I paid Cdn$ 12 for this 400 gram Citric Acid Powder just to use one spoonful for preparing cabbage pickles.

Very good vegan and organic stuff. Amazing herbal medicine options alongside delicious bar foods. Their homemade protein shakes are also a must try, especially with their rotating flavours. I had a small unpleasurable encounter with a older man security staff member as he thought I did not pay. But,that can happen in any store from time to time. All is forgiven. Overall, love shopping here for their medicine options and yummy knickknack 🙂

They have some good products but their customer service is lacking to be honest - cashiers sometimes won't even acknowledge you at the till or they'll be talking to each other and won't say a word to you. Also the security guard will be breathing down your neck. I saw the one make a beeline towards me from across the store to watch me. Like I said they carry some good products that are hard to find elsewhere but I try to shop at Choices instead if possible because they're friendlier and have more selection.

I was excited to see Favuzzi products at this store, even though I've seen better prices at a smaller market. However, the hazelnut creme isn't at the place where I get pistachio creme.
The "cream cheese" product satisfies a family member's multiple food allergies, and there were several dairy-free options to choose from.
They carry many gluten-free & dairy-free products, BC made products, and organic products.
Points program is nothing special, redeem for %off full-priced items in the grocery order, and it took a long time to build it up.

Large, spacious store with fresh produce, packaged goods, deli, household and personal care products and lots more. Some vegan items are marked “I’m vegan” with shelf labels. Deli/eatery offers juices and smoothies but it looked like there was no vegan food.

Ok so muffins look great, don't they? They do and that is why I ended up buying but they were the most disgusting muffins I have ever had in my life. They were wet/ soggy disgusting from the inside. Didn't even taste edible. I am rating them low because they should know what they are selling and this is not something to be sold to anyone. I actually ended up throwing these. I didn't wanted to take them back coz I thought they won't believe me but they are not good. Stay away from their freshly baked items and save your money. I felt cheated as they were $4 each and went straight into the bin. We are a family of 3 and none could eat!!

A little bit pricey for most products, but amazing baked sourdough bread. Always have the things other large grocery stores lack in terms of vitamins/organic foods/cleaner foods!
