I called from Calgary to order flowers (for delivery) to a very special birthday girl, Nature's Garden went above and beyond to put together a breathtaking & colourful arrangement, delivered on time. Being new to the area and not knowing any florists or florists who would deliver to an out of the way area, I went onto a flower website and ordered my flowers through them. I had ordered Thomas Kinkade's premium Christmas arrangement. When I received it I was surprised to see that it wasn't what I had ordered. I had spent almost 200 dollars for the arrangement and received the lesser for the same price. I did call to complain, of course, and I was told that the website in which I ordered from takes 20% of the cost and the remainder is what decides what arrangement you get. I've never experienced nor heard anything like this before and I've ordered through websites quite a few times. I was told next time to order through Nature's Garden and I would get what I want. Like I said, we are new to the area and unfamiliar with the area. Needless to say, the arrangement was beautiful and was exactly as pictured, but I paid more for a lesser arrangement and that kind of hurts. If it had not been for the lesser arrangement I would certainly have given Nature's Garden 5 stars

Went into Natures’s Garden today to get some help with one of my house plants. Not only did I get an amazing assist with my Hibiscus but left with a few more fantastic plants with helpful suggestions on all of the new ones I chose as well as others I have at home. Kelly is a wealth of knowledge and so wonderful to deal with. Always my shop of choice!

Ordered flowers for my little sister's birthday from France (she lives in Drayton Valley) for her birthday for 100CAD. When my sister sent me the photo (to thank me!) I was disappointed. I called back the shop and told her that the photo on her site, and the product delivered had nothing to do with what my sister received. She told me that in Drayton valley flowers were a different price and HUNG up on me. And....the kicker

SHE WENT BACK TO MY SISTER'S OFFICE AND TOOK BACK THE FLOWERS!! In front of her co-workers! She told my sister on her birthday that she would refund my order!

This florist has a special place in hell. Never seen anything like that in my life.
