A few years ago I brought my Ford f150 to Allen and did a trade in for a GMC Sierra 2019, beautiful truck. Allen made wiggle room to throw in some rim and tires at a better rate. He searched each bank and found me the lowest rate possible and best deals. Had a fantastic experience and didn’t feel like he was trying to up price or “rip off” on the deal. Left a very happy customer.

Now again I was looking for another truck and reach out to Allen, he responded immediately and was happy to hear from me again. It took roughly an hour and he found my next purchase, it’s on its way from Ottawa and will delivered to my door step! 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss ..So exciting , this time again he lowered prices , and got some really nice Rims and Mud Tires tossed in. I will say , It was so thoughtful as I had mentioned I have children at home that he offered to deliver on his discount. Thank you Allen! *I was going to wait to post this until the truck came but I couldn’t•.

Once again another great experience at need a car. My husband and I financed our first car from Allen at need a car in 2020. It was a wonderful experience, we even had our car delivered to our door without asking. The car has been great, no issues with it whatsoever. We’ve expanded our family and after moving to Nova Scotia we needed a larger vehicle. I called Allen once again, because we had such a great experience and we were comfortable with him knowing he wouldn’t try to rip us off or sell us a lemon. He had our 8 seater delivered once again to our front door even being 15 hours away! Amazing and truly happy with my experience here. THANK YOU!!

10/10 I had the pleasure of dealing with Al at Need A car once again. Al sold me my previous and current vehicle. His customer service and ability to work with you to find a vehicle suitable for you at the best price possible is absolutely fantastic. Al called to check on how my vehicle was treating me after 3 years and other than out growing it, it was great. I told him I was looking for something a bit bigger and almost right away we we're in talks about what they had in stock and what suited me best. I was very particular with what I wanted and Al was able to make it happen! Thanks again!

Allen and Angelle turned my difficult situation around completely. At first, I was speaking with Angelle who was determined on finding me a WRX STi. They had one at their location, however I was looking for a newer one with less mileage, and her and Allen made that a reality for me. I was speaking with both of them for around a month and they managed to find me a 2020 with around 50k KM on it. Not only that, but they managed to get me approved for financing and put lots of time and dedication into doing so. They have both been really helpful for the past month, even giving me a new set of winter tires for the car, and both being very patient with me the entire time. They are both very genuine and honest salespeople, which is difficult to find nowadays. Thank you Allen and Angelle for making my dream a reality.

Allan is one of the worst salesmen that there is. Fronted cash for a vehicle and he kept insisting to run my credit. The purpose of doing so you ask? Well, there wasnt any because I wasnt financing a vehicle. I was extremely clear about my budget and he kept trying to sell cars far beyond that range (I should add, I was very much okay with fronting an additional 5k but were talking upwards of a 15k difference here).

Set up a time to speak over the phone and he didn't even bother calling. Then his excuse was "I thought you were going to call me" My question to that is, if you're setting up a phone meeting with a client, why is the client calling you? You're trying to sell ME a car... correct? He didn't bother to reach out. I actually had to reach out and ask why he didn't bother to phone me.

The best part about my god awful exchange with him was the fact that he tried to upsell me a pink chevy spark that was total garbage and gave me a price that was 2k more than what it was put out on the lot for like a week or two later.

Went to Hyundai and bought a brand new car.

Place should be ashamed of themselves if these are the ethics they run off of. Only came here cause a friend recommended Allan specifically, but be weary and do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Can't imagine what the experience is like when you actually buy something from them and there's a problem with it.

The first time I went to see Al, my credit was not good and he got me into a nice little Chevy Cruze. Told me it was just to get me by. 6 months later, I went back and he kept his word. He worked his butt off and got me into the truck of my dreams. Thank you Al!!!! Highly recommend Need A Car Sudbury! 5 stars well deserved! We will definitely be back in the future.
