We were assisted by Diane. She is very knowledgeable, friendly (especially with kids) and patient. We spent some time in understanding the available options and ordered accordingly. Diane also arranged few cups of coffee of different flavors for taste test. She also let us know the available promotion, which we ended up availing. Overall it was a good experience. I am giving 4 stars as there is room for improvement in the layout of the store and service to attend more customers at the same time, instead of having them to wait.

I wanted to write about my recent visit to this location. Diane is a true gem. We had a beautiful conversation about coffee. She helped me purchase a good deal and I dont know if i was EVER so happy about t a purchase before. She understood all my needs and preferences. She recommended exactly what I love with my coffee everyday. I left the store truly excited to have bought the collection I did. More power to Diane. What an honor to have met her.

I was reluctant to make this review. But enough is enough. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Every single visit is met with horrible customer service. Can't help but think the staff is racist and anti-asian. 7 members of my family went at separate times. All received horrible service, and at 2 occasions with eye rolling and loud sighs. If you don't want people to ask about your products and its prices, maybe put up an information brochure with prices. Don't roll your eyes at me because I asked for information that is not readily available.
Horrible service.

Spoiler. They are not the same. I was in a rush so didn't get a chance to check until i got home, 1 hour drive away.
Edit: the reason why I say racist is because their service towards white customers is completely different. I walked into the store while they were helping a white man. He didn't purchase anything and left. They were laughing and smiling with him. All staffs' smile dropped as soon as he left and they saw me. Just expressionless dead silence.

Visited this store first time for private sale offer .. usually order from nespresso online . Staff is highly trained . I purchased vertuo next machine with 450 capsules. Everything goes well but once i opened the bag at home found out that i am missing one sleeve. I got 440 instead of 450 . Called customer service and issue is resolved with in 5 minutes. Giving 5 stars for great customer service. Thanks to kash for providing excellent service.

Mary was knowledgeable about the various coffee capsules, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me select flavors that perfectly suit my taste. I had a wonderful experience with Diane at Nespresso Vaughan Mills. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. Diane took the time to explain the current promotions in detail and helped me select my new favorite capsules. Her excellent service made the process so easy and enjoyable. Recently I visited Nespresso Boutique with my friends, there was one Asian (Dark Complexion Guy wears spectacles) who was very irritating. He interrupts in other's work (colleagues) considering him over smart and even asks personal questions to clients.

Other staff members were quite generous, we saw him arguing with sales lady who was quite helpful to us but he argued infront of us, told her to not assist us this way while she was explaining us the offers. We felt embarassed and so is the sales lady who works there.

I will never visit this place again! Horrible atmosphere and customer service.

Nespresso really needs to change its staff !!

For some reason I decided to go to Vaughan Mills mall after work. After walking around popping into a couple stores on the hunt for new Safety Shoes.

I noticed an Nespresso Boutique I never knew existed for Christmas my spouse bought me my very first Nespresso machine.

I was very pleased with the product and decided to go into the store to see what other pods are available. I just recently got into drinking espressos for about 2 months now.

I had the pleasure of meeting Diane she was so enthusiastic, helpful, and kind she helped me find my right choice. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions without a hesitation she took me to their Espresso Bar I would like to call it LoL and made me a couple different flavors to help me figure out which one would be right choice for me at the end of my experience.

I ended up buying three different sleeves and I would definitely go back for more. Diane also joined me up put the Nespresso Club, walk me through the store showed me all of the promotions being offered and also activated my warranty for my machine I got for Christmas.

I definitely recommend this Boutique to everybody especially if you get to be served by Diane
