Where should I start! We ordered our kitchen counter and backsplash via a retail outlet here in Montreal back in mid September 2024. They told us we’d get it within 2 months. I do a follow up mid November and get no definitive news. Beginning December they tell us to take apart our temporary counter top as they would do the install on a Monday. This is a new construction and we had moved in June 2024, so our counter was several sheets of plywood, so we could use our sink and hotplate. I decided to not remove the sink and hotplate, I was doubting they’d come. Evidently they didn’t come as promised. I tried to find out what was going on. They tell me the countertop and backsplash was coming from Italy, so now in Montreal, the ports were on strike so our counter was somewhere in a container in the Montreal Port. January comes around and they tell me that our countertop and backsplash was still in Italy. Now I’m dealing directly with the supplier (New Age Granite and Marble NAGAM). The contact there was Ms Pietramala in Montreal who was very apologetical and mentioned that NAGAM Ontario had received the order since day one but somehow the work was never done and subsequently the job was never issued to Italy. Long story short, today April 10 2025, we still don’t know where and when we’ll get our countertop and backsplash. I thank Ms Pietramala for her hard work in finding all this, but boy oh boy the people at NAGAM in Ontario are useless and terrible at contacting their customers. Did I mention I have paid 50% of the contract. So I give these jokers a Minus 10 star.

This is the place to get your stone! We dealt with Tracey who has exquisite taste and style and helped us navigate their incredible selection. The showroom is organized, the designers are top notch, and the pricing is fair. Our countertops are absolutely stunning!

I called to find out if they had a specific slab in stock before I made the long trip to see the granite slab in person. Lina was extremely helpful and instantly responsive by sending me pictures of what they had in stock. Realizing that there is no comparison to seeing it personally, I now have at least an idea of their selection. Amazing customer service even through a phone call. Wonderful!

It was a wonderful visit. Lina was very helpful, and she took me through so many of your marbles. She helped me to choose a wonderful combinations of colors . She is so knowledgeable and frankly an asset to your company.
My fabricator Sam, is coming in the next couple of days, to see your product and find out what is the price. I hope I will be able to afford it.

I honestly believe that New Age Granite & Marble has the best selection of the natural stone in GTA. I visited them on May 25th, 2024 and I was impressed with selection of slabs that they had. I met their representative named Bilal Ahmad, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit that supplier and its showroom again.

Choosing a counter top is not an easy task. We worked with Debra and she was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. Debra takes her time with you and explains everything in full detail.
