I should have posted this review before Christmas. I sent in a rush job for printing because my printer had run out of ink. They were so helpful and told me the time that they could finish it and it was done by then. It is a small staffed local business so patience is expected when there are people ahead of you.

I had heard good about this store, went for sending a package through Purolator. The sole person in charge said that she was NEW. I agreed to help her as per her request.
At the middle of filling in the form- which took about 20 minutes- she started to yelling at me that I do not push her (which I didn't), saying some words with a RUDE manner multiple times.
I do not blame her for not knowing the job properly, but I blame the store manager who hired such a rude person to deal with customers and for leaving her unattended in the store.
What a shame.
